If you are applying for an extended permit or citizenship or renewing your residence permit card or residence card, it is possible that you do not need to visit a service point to prove your identity. Permanent residence permit or P-EU permit
Use the following applications to apply for either a permanent residence permit (P) or a long-term resident’s EU residence permit (P-EU permit) for yourself or for a child who is under 18 years of age.
There are different requirements for a permanent residence permit and a P-EU residence permit. If you already have a permanent residence permit and your residence permit card expires soon, apply for a new residence permit card using Enter Finland.
If you are a family member of an EU citizen and have resided legally in Finland together with the EU citizen for a continuous period of 5 years, apply for a residence card of a family member using Enter Finland.

Permanent residence permit or P-EU permit

Permanent residence permit or P-EU permit for a child
I am applying for a permanent residence permit or a P-EU permit for a child on behalf of the child. The child is under 18 years of age and I am the child’s parent or guardian who has custody of the child or other legal representative.
