If you are applying for an extended permit or citizenship or renewing your residence permit card or residence card, it is possible that you do not need to visit a service point to prove your identity. Use this form when you want to apply for a new residence permit card on the basis of temporary protection. Before you can apply for a new residence permit card for temporary protection, you must already hold a residence permit issued on the basis of temporary protection and a residence permit card for temporary protection.
Before filling in this form, please note the following:
1. Obtain a photograph retrieval code from a photo shop.
2. Use the Latin alphabet when you fill in the form. Do not use the Cyrillic alphabet.
3. If your card is lost or stolen, fill in the form Renewal of residence permit card or residence card for a family member of an EU citizen.
4. You can only use Enter Finland to apply for a residence permit card on the basis of temporary protection. If you want to apply for a residence permit on the basis of temporary protection, see the instructions on our website: Temporary protection (migri.fi).
5. If there have been changes in your name, see the instructions on the page Residence permit card on the basis of temporary protection | Finnish Immigration Service (migri.fi) before ordering a new card.

Get ready for applying / Підготуйтеся
Find your current residence permit card and have it available for the next step.
Log in to your Enter Finland account and select ‘My account’ in the drop-down menu in the top left corner of the page. Check that your personal details are correct. If there have been changes in your personal details, select ‘Edit information’.
- Update your personal details before filling in your application. If you enter personal details in your application form that differ from the details on your user account, it will take longer to process your application.

Fill in the application / Заповніть заявку
Write your personal details and customer number in your application exactly as they appear on your residence permit card. Fill in the form using the Latin alphabet. Pay the processing fee / Сплатіть оплату за обробку
You can pay the processing fee with a Visa or Mastercard or use Finnish online banking services. A receipt of the payment will be sent to your Enter Finland user account. / Ви можете здійснити оплату за обробку з допомогою кредитних карток Visa або Mastercard або через фінський інтернет-банкінг. Submit the application / Надішліть свою заяву
When you have submitted your application, you will receive an email confirmation stating that we have received your application.
Once your residence permit card is ready, you will receive a notice of arrival by email or SMS, telling you that your delivery is ready for collection.
