If you are applying for an extended permit or citizenship or renewing your residence permit card or residence card, it is possible that you do not need to visit a service point to prove your identity. Create a user account with your e-mail address

Each name should start with a capital letter followed by small letters. Enter your name in the application without special characters (for example á, ç, ñ, ô, é, ı). You can use the same spelling as in the machine readable zone (MRZ) in your passport. Your name appears on your application exactly as you have entered it into your user account.

All email notifications concerning the processing of your application and other messages from the Finnish Immigration Service will be sent to this email address. This email address is also your user name in Enter Finland. If you change your email address, you need to change your user name accordingly. If you already have a pending application, inform the Finnish Immigration Service of your new email address also in Enter Finland by selecting ‘Send additional information’ so that we can contact you and send messages to the correct address.

 

Enter your mobile phone number if you would like to receive text message notifications of messages that you receive to your Enter Finland account. The mobile phone number should be written in the international format: +358501234567.

Password must contain both small and capital letters and at least one number.
